From listing to letter in one sitting.
Kevo checks your deal against the lender's actual guidelines while you answer, so the answer you get is one you can act on.
Tell it the deal
Enter the address, price and rent. Kevo estimates taxes, insurance and HOA, and you can correct anything that's off.
Verify, don't guess
A soft credit check, a read-only bank connection and a property-records check of your experience. If a number doesn't work, Kevo shows you the fix, like 25% down instead of 20%.

Behind the conversation is a decision engine loaded with the lender's actual program guidelines. Every number you give it gets checked against the rule it affects, in real time.
- Built on the real rulebook. DSCR, bank-statement, full doc, foreign national and ITIN guidelines, checked rule by rule.
- Tells you why. If something doesn't fit, you hear which rule and what would change the answer.
- Remembers the deal. Come back, change the price or the rent, and pick up where you left off.
A real answer, without the runaround.
No tax returns
Investment loans qualify on what the property earns. Self-employed or not, your returns stay in the drawer.
No score impact
A soft credit check, so finding out where you stand costs you nothing.
See the fix
If something doesn't fit, Kevo tells you which rule and what would change the answer.
Verified, not guessed
Credit, funds and experience are checked before your letter is issued, so sellers can take it seriously.
Your name or your LLC
Close the way you hold your properties.
No sales calls
Real experts are a tap away when you want them. Nobody chases you when you don't.
Their sales team is built into your rate.
Most lenders pay someone to walk you through forms and chase paperwork. Kevo's AI does that legwork, so you're not paying for the pitch.
Up against cash? Compete like cash.
Choose Fully Underwritten and your file is signed off by underwriting before you make an offer, so your offer can go in without a loan contingency.
All cash
- No loan contingency
- Fast close
Kevo Fully Underwritten
- No loan contingency
- Underwriting sign-off before you offer
- Your cash stays working
Fully Underwritten approvals remain subject to appraisal, title and no material changes. Waiving a contingency carries risk, so talk it through with your agent.
Before you start.
Still deciding? Ask Kevo anything inside the app, any time.
What is a DSCR loan?
An investment-property loan that qualifies on the property's rent compared with its monthly payment (the debt service coverage ratio), instead of your personal income or tax returns.
Will checking affect my credit score?
No. Kevo uses a soft credit check, which doesn't affect your score.
What do I need to get started?
The property address, price and expected rent. Then you'll confirm your credit, connect a bank account (read-only) and tell Kevo about any investment properties you own now or have owned.
What kinds of properties qualify?
Investment properties only: single-family homes and townhomes, condos, and 2–4 unit buildings. Kevo doesn't finance primary residences or second homes.
Can I close in my LLC?
Yes. You can close in your own name or in your LLC.
Pre-approved or Fully Underwritten: what's the difference?
A pre-approval verifies your credit, funds and experience against the lender's guidelines. Fully Underwritten adds underwriting sign-off before you offer, which is strong enough that many buyers choose to waive the loan contingency. Both remain subject to appraisal and title.
Do I have to talk to anyone?
No. You can go from address to letter on your own. A real person is available whenever you want one.
